Outbound Orders


Creating an Outbound Order

  1. To create an Outbound Order, click the Orders tab on the side bar menu and select New Outbound Order.

  1. Select all required fields and click Save.

Outbound Order Product Page

  1. The products page is where Items or Packages will be added to an Outbound Order.
  2. To add a product, click the "+ Add".

If adding an Item, you will need to input the item, a name and the quantity.

Adding item to Outbound Order
  1. A searchable list of items.
  2. The name of the item selected. This input will automate to the Item name + SKU. It can be changed by the users preference.
  3. The amount to be shipped.

If adding a Package, a modal will pop-up. This allows you to search for packages by Package Number or Label. It also allows you to search for packages by Item Name, SKU, or Description.

Note: You can select one or multiple packages to add to the outbound order.


Adding package to Outbound Order
  1. This input is for the package number and can not be edited.
  2. This input is for the package label. It can be edited.
  3. This input is for the amount inside of the package. It can not be edited.


Creating a Pick Ticket on an Outbound Order

After adding an item or package to an Outbound Order, click the "Add" button in the top right corner of the header. A new option for "Pick Ticket" will be displayed. Click that option.

After clicking "Pick Ticket", the pick ticket modal will be displayed.

  1. Warehouse - The warehouse that the items or packages added to the Outbound Order are currently located.
  2. Description - The description of the pick ticket you are adding.
  3. Carrier - The provided carrier(s) that are available to the customer selected for the order.
  4. Ship To - The site where the shipment will be headed.

After selecting a warehouse a list of items or package that you have added to the Outbound Order will be displayed. If The item or package is located in the warehouse selected, you can choose to "pick" it.

NOTE: If the item or package is not located in the selected warehouse, the switch under the "Pick?" column, as well as the quantity to be picked will be disabled.


After selecting the item or package and the quantity you wish to add to the pick ticket, click Save. This adds the pick ticket to the Outbound Order. You can view the pick tickets you have created by clicking the icon next to the "Products" header.


Creating a Shipment on an Outbound Order

To create a shipment navigate to the "Shipments" tab, and click "+ Add" in the top right corner of the header. From there, select "Non-Billed Shipment".

After selecting "Non-Billed Shipment" a new shipment template will be displayed.

  1. The pick ticket(s) you wish to add to the shipment.
  2. The amount of boxes on the shipment.
  3. The amount of pallets on the shipment.
  4. The height of the item / package on the shipment.
  5. The width of the item / package on the shipment.
  6. The length of the item / package on the shipment.
  7. The weight of the item / package on the shipment.
  8. The class of the item / package on the shipment.
  9. The tracking number of the shipment.
  10. The site the order is being shipped to.

NOTE: If the pick ticket you want to ship has "incomplete" next to the pick ticket number, that means it needs to be picked before it can be shipped. For more information on picking a pick ticket, please visit the Picking article.
