Express Picking
Express Picking:
- Allows user to pick Items or Packages through the Blue Kollar Express Experience.
- Items and Packages can be scanned to auto insert values into appropriate fields.
Picking Items:
1. Select Warehouse and Input Location
- Only Locations that are specific to that Warehouse can be selected
2. Input a valid Pick Ticket
3. Input an Item associated with the valid Pick Ticket.
4. Choose Quantity to be picked.
Notes:
- Input fields with yellow outline are required.
- Once a valid input is inserted into the required field, that field will be locked. To reset the input field, click the Clear button.
Once a valid Pick Ticket is selected, an icon will show beside the label. This icon, if clicked, will provide details of the Item(s) associated with that Pick Ticket.
Picking Packages:
1. Select Warehouse.
2. Input a valid Pick Ticket.
3. Input a Package Number associated with that Pick Ticket.
Notes:
- Input fields with yellow outline are required.
- Once a valid input is inserted into the required field, that field will be locked. To reset the input field, click the Clear button.
- Location can not be changed for Packages.
- Once a valid Pick Ticket is selected, an icon will show beside the label. This icon, if clicked, will provide details of the Package(s) associated with that Pick Ticket.
Pick Tickets:
- This option will show a list of all created Pick Tickets.
- Each Pick Ticket will have details associated with it including the Warehouse, Order Number, and Customer.
- Clicking a blue Pick Ticket Number will redirect the user to the appropriate picking form and auto insert the Pick Ticket field.
- Clicking a blue Order Number will redirect the user to the associated Order page.
Notes:
- If a Pick Ticket no longer has stock for the Item associated with it, the Pick Ticket Number will not be clickable and a red Out of Stock message will appear in the Warehouse column.
