Inbound Receivers

Search Criteria

The Inbound Receiver Search page provides the ability to search for existing inbound receivers. You can learn more about Blue Kollar search pages by visiting the KB article for Search Pages.

1. Enables you to search for a specific vendor or all vendors.
2. Enables you to search for a specific Inbound Receiver #.
3. Enables you to search for a description.
4. Enables you to search for an item on an Inbound Receiver.
5. Enables you to search for a specific reference number.
6. Enables you to search for status.

Creating an Inbound Receiver

1. To create an Inbound Receiver, navigate to the Inbound Receiver search page under the Inbound Receivers dropdown on the side bar menu.
2. Click New

3. Input all needed details for the Inbound Receiver, then click Save.

NOTE: All yellow highlighted fields require a value before an Inbound Receiver can be created. Inbound Receivers can also be created by clicking New Inbound Receiver under the Inbound Receivers dropdown on the side bar menu.

Inbound Receiver Page

The Inbound Receiver Details page contains all specified information that was selected in the New Inbound Receiver page.

1. The available list of vendors.
2. The status of the Inbound Receiver.
3. The description of the Inbound Receiver.
4. The available list of shipping carriers.
5. The available list of sites.
6. Request Date of the Inbound Receiver.
7. Reference Number.
8. Notes.
9. Active switch.

NOTE: This page will also show a widget in the top left that displays the Inbound Receiver Number as well as the number of details completed.

Inbound Receiver Details Page

1. The Inbound Receiver Details Page is where Items are added to be received.
2. To add an Item, click the + Add Detail button.

3. Add an Item by clicking the Item input field and typing in an Item SKU or Name
4. Select the Quantity of the Item that is being received, then click Save.

NOTE: The yellow icon next to the Quantity label will show the amount received for each detail.

Adding Packages to Details

1. To add packages to a detail, click the action menu and select + Add Packages.

2. Select the Number of Packages or Quantity in each package and a Package Label (optional).

NOTES:

• The Number of Packages or Quantity input must have a value before a package can be created.
• If a Package Label is inputted, the label will increase sequentially. Ex. PKLABEL-001, PKLABEL-002
• The Number of Packages can not exceed the Quantity of the detail.
• If the Number of Packages has a value but Quantity does not, the packages will divide the Detail Quantity evenly
• If the Quantity has a value but the Number of Packages does not, the number of packages will be divided evenly
