Lift Trucks

Searching for a Lift Truck:

1. Navigate to the Lift Truck Search page. This can be done by locating Lift Trucks under the Assets dropdown on the side bar menu.

2. On the search page, you can search by:
   • Name - Internal Name, Corporate Name, Name
   • Serial Number - Lift Truck serial number
   • Division - A list of all Divisions
   • Site - A list of Sites based on the selected Division
   • Department - A list of all Departments

Note: At least one search criteria must be selected before searching

3. Once a search criteria is selected, a search table will show the top 250 results.

The results will give a brief description of the Asset and the Internal Name (Highlighted in Blue), which can be clicked to redirect you to the lift truck's details page.

Creating a New Lift Truck:

1. To create a new lift truck, click the "New" button in the top right of the search page.

2. This will redirect you to a blank lift truck details page. Input the the values of the new lift truck and click "Save".

Note: Inputs highlighted in yellow are required for saving.
