PO Receiving

1. Users have the option to enter in any information and click continue.

NOTE: The status of the Purchase Order AND the Details must be set to Pending or In Progress for this entry to work.

2. Next, it will load all PO items found for the information you entered.

Users may click on the PO # and be taken to the Purchase Order page, the Vendor name to be taken to the Vendor page, OR choose your PO and press Continue.

NOTE: If the selected PO has a resolved job it will not continue to the next screen.

3. Here, fill in all information and Add Receiving if necessary. Then when you are done, press Save
