Fulfillment Orders
All Inventory Security Groups must be turned on in order to Pick/Scan.
The System Admin can set a tenant up as one of three options (Admin -> Tenant Settings)-
a. One-Part Pick: After creating a pick ticket, the item(s) are pulled from inventory. No changes are made by the System Admin for this process.
b. Require Pick Confirmation Before Shipping (One 1/2 Part Pick): Picks must be confirmed via the Blue Kollar Mobile App before pick tickets can be added to shipments. The moment you create a pick ticket, this will release from inventory (Pick and Scan).
c. Two-Part Pick: This will prevent inventory pull transactions until the inventory picks have been confirmed via the Blue Kollar Mobile App (Pick, Pack and Scan).
NOTE: The process for creating a Fulfillment Order is the same for all three of the above until step # 5.
New Fulfillment Order:
1. When creating a New Fulfillment Order, based on your customer selection, the system will fill in all the boxes for you if the customer has already been set up. Everything in yellow is required.
Everything on the main order screen is similar to a Production Order.
2. Next, go to the Products tab.
- Here, you have the option to add a Item or a Package (depending on the tenant setup).
- Clicking the info icon will show the Inventory On Hand for the item along with the Available, Planned, and Allocated amounts and other details related to the item.
NOTE: Color of product/package indicates if it is assigned to a pick ticket or not.
3. Pick Ticket- to add a new Pick Ticket, press Add in the top right hand corner.
To view all Pick Tickets, click the action menu in the right hand corner or click on the number next to the word Products.
4. When adding a pick ticket, choosing a warehouse will show what is available in that warehouse. You can partially pick some items or it will stop you from picking if there is not enough.
a. One-Part Pick: After creating the pick ticket, the item(s) are pulled out of inventory and Allocated.
b. One 1/2 Part Pick: After creating the pick ticket, the item(s) are pulled out of inventory and Allocated. You must scan the inventory while physically picking for the pick ticket job to be able to ship.
c. Two-Part Pick: After creating the pick ticket, nothing is pulled out of inventory yet until the inventory is scanned. Then the item(s) are Allocated and are able to be shipped.
5. Next, go to the Shipments tab and enter in all information necessary.
a. One-Part Pick: Pick tickets can be shipped immediately after they are entered. Inventory is automatically reduced based on the pick ticket at the time it is entered.
b. One 1/2 Part Pick: Pick tickets can only be shipped after confirming that their inventory items have been picked via the BK mobile app. Like 1 Part Pick, inventory is automatically reduced based on the pick ticket at the time it is entered.
c. Two-Part Pick: Pick tickets can only be shipped after confirming that their inventory items have been picked via the BK mobile app. Unlike 1 Part Pick, inventory is not reduced until the inventory items have been picked via the BK mobile app.
NOTE: For Fulfillment Orders, there are less shipping options. Go to the Shipments Knowledge Base article for the next steps of this process.
NOTE: Once all items/packages have had their expected quantities picked and all shipments have been invoiced, the Fulfillment order will automatically close.
