Projects

1. The Projects Search page includes Advanced search tools.

  • To show projects with No Purchase Order, No Service Provider, No PO Amount, No Multistory, Not Started, Include Completed or Repeating, slide the bar(s) to the right before searching.

2. Users can also click New or press New Project on the left side.

3. The action menu will allow you to do the following things:

  • View In New Tab
  • Remove Project
  • Remove Project Detail
  • Remove Project Service
  • History
  • Manage Service
  • View Photos
  • View Project
  • View Detail(s)
  • View Builder Site
  • Project Ticket

NOTE: From this page, you can select multiple projects and make status updates with the action menu button in the right corner of the search results.


4. After clicking on any action menu item OR clicking on the bold Subdivision name under the project list, users will be directed to the Project page. Everything outlined in yellow is required to be filled out before saving.

5. Next, the Details tab to the right allows you to add Services to the project.

6. When adding a new detail; Builder, Builder Site, Builder Contact and Order Date are required before continuing.

7. Users can Add Services to each Detail by clicking on Services in the top right corner. In the drop down, you can Add Services or select what services you want to view at that time.


9. To edit a service, click the action menu on the service you would like to edit and click Edit Service.

When editing a service, you have the option to put if it should be repeated and when.

NOTE: As the dates change, the colors of the service boxes will change from red to yellow to green depending on their status.
