Manage Vendors

  • The Vendors page includes the option to search for vendor by Name and the ability to enter New vendors.
    • To include removed vendors in the search results, slide the Show Removed bar to the right before searching.
  • The action button in the search results allows you to quickly view the vendor in a new tab, remove the vendor or check the history on the vendor. 

NOTE: Users have the ability to do column header sorting for the search results. Each time you click Name, External Code, Tax ID or Available (if they have data), the columns will go from ascending to descending.

OR

  • Users can click on the Vendor Name to see all vendor details.
  • On the left hand side of the page, click the action menus on each widget to set up a primary contact or remit contact OR users can do that using the drop down menus/action menus to the right in the Customer details.

NOTES:

  1. All boxes outlined in yellow are required before saving.
  2. After all the vendor details are complete, you should not see any red widgets on the page.

New Vendor-


  • To create a New Vendor, only the Name is required to be filled out before successfully saving.
  • Accounting- External Code, Tax ID and GL Code are optional, but can be beneficial for reporting, etc.
  • Users will then be directed to the Vendor details page where they can edit/add any information or documents.
