General System Info

1. After logging into Blue Kollar, you will be directed to the Dashboard. In the top left corner, over the word Dashboard and next to the Blue Kollar logo, there is a 'hamburger menu'.

This allows users to close the vertical menu to the left and have more room on the screen.

2. Some pages also display Widgets next to the hamburger menu. Sliding the Widgets to the left will make them collapse to give the user more room on the screen.

3. Action Menu- three dots shown next to search criteria or results throughout Blue Kollar.

Some action menu items you might see for Order Type 'Production' are :

  • View in New Tab- this will open the order in a new tab.
  • History- this allows users to view the history of an order.
  • Add Product To Order- this allows users to add a new product type, product and quantity to the same order.
  • Copy Order- this will duplicate the order and add it to the list on the Order Search page.
  • WIP Receiving- users can click here and go straight to the WIP and PO Receiving page.
  • View Jobs- users can go straight to the job page within the order.
    • NOTE: If there are multiple jobs within the order, users also have an option in the action menu to view each separate job. From here, users are now inside the job and can edit/add details to any tab.

  • View Customer- this option will take users to the Customer Details page where you can edit/add information.
  • View Documents- clicking here will take you to the documents tab at the order level to view all job documents within the job/order.
  • View Products- users can go directly to the products page within the job/order.
  • View Shipments- this will take users to the shipments tab at the order level where users can view all details for each job shipment.
  • Print Order- this will print out all job tickets related to the order.

4. Users have the ability to do column header sorting on many of the pages. Each time you click the word it goes from ascending to descending.

5. Users have the ability to Filter on almost all search results.

6. On some pages, there is a Back to Top button.

On the components page, when you hover over it, it will allow you to Save, Add or go Back To Top.
