Accounting
- Added ability to export accounting data to SAGE
- To use the export functionality, navigate to Accounting --> Invoice Search and search for the invoices to be exported. Click the Export to Accounting button and a CSV file will be downloaded in a SAGE approved format, including the appropriate overrides (instructions to set up overloads are below.)
- OR to use the export functionality, navigate to Accounting --> Batch Billing and create a batch for export. Click the Export to Accounting button and a CSV file will be downloaded in a SAGE approved format, including the appropriate overrides (instructions to set up overloads are below.)

- Added ability to manage GL code overrides related to export
- To set up the override functionality, go to Admin -->GL Code Overrides. Select an existing type or use the New button to create a new record.
- On the detail page, choose the appropriate Tenant Site and Internal and External GL codes (or leave as Default if the Default GL code applies.) These codes will be exported when invoices are created for specific sites.
Inventory
- Added ability to Copy/Duplicate inventory items. From the Order Search screen, find an existing inventory item. Click on the 3 button menu on the left hand side of the item name. Click Duplicate Item to begin the process.
- Added logic to prevent duplicate inventory item data at the collection level
- Fixed bug on detail screen that prevented dimension defaults from updating based on inventory item type
- Changed the default name of a newly created WIP item from the related job number to the associated component's name
- Fixed bug preventing most inventory transactions from working on WIP items
- Added ability to view allocated and planned inventory
Reports
- Changed Warehouse Pull Ticket report name to Pending Shipment
Orders/Jobs
- Removed required Project Manager field on Order and Job pages
- Updated layout/view of Panel and Groove Width data
- Updated attach file link on Order Search results so that user can quickly go to Attachments page
- Changed the example text for R.O. Number from External Order Number to Reference Order Number
Other/Administration
- Fixed bug in Carriers set up page that prevented users from entering certain carrier combinations
- Removed required Badge Number field from Employee setup page
- Added ability for tenant admin users to create tickets in the support system
- Click the help icon in the upper right hand corner of any page
- Type in details of the issue and click send. This will create a ticket in the support system with a screenshot of the issue and a support person will respond
