Manage Users and Employees
Create Users-
To create a new user, navigate to Admin --> Users.
Click the New button and fill in the required fields, noting the username and password for future reference.
Next, select the user's security group(s).
NOTE: Users without an email address won't be able to reset their own password and will need assistance from a Tenant Admin.
Tie Users to Employee Types-
To create a Customer Service Rep, Project Manager, Sales Representative or Service Provider, navigate to the Admin --> Employees page. Click the New button.
Not all of the fields are required on this page. When done entering in all of the employees information, click Save.
