Official Launch & Branding

  • Renamed and re-branded entire site from our internal code name of IMS to Blue Kollar to prepare for our public launch.  The new site URL is http://portal.bluekollar.com/

Administration

  • Added ability to set up and manage Customer Campaigns, which allows clients to define a marketing campaign for their customer that might group orders together.
  • Added ability to go back to criteria page on reports 
  • Added badge number to data captured for Employee records

Bill of Materials

  • Added option to specify Component Source in the Bill of Materials to allow customers to define where components will be sourced (Stock, Customer, Vendor or Internal)
  • Customers using the product designer will now see the system automatically generate the appropriate list of components on their behalf. The components are systemically tied to their product in the Bill of Materials and allow for enhanced visibility into the product, its makeup, and its supply chain throughout the production process.
  • Added "center" as a location option for Folder products on the Bill of Material Product pages

Inventory

  • Added ability to receive Work In Process (job component) inventory against an order in the web portal

Orders/Jobs

  • Added ability to view status of Work In Process / Job Component inventory and Job Status in the web portal
  • Customers using the product designer will now see the system automatically generate the appropriate list of components on their behalf. The components are systemically tied to their product in the Job and allow for enhanced visibility into the product, its makeup, and its supply chain throughout its production process.
  • Added option to specify Component Source in a Job to allow customers to define where components will be sourced (Stock, Customer, Vendor or Internal) and also directly link those components to their underlying references (e.g. Stock -> Inventory Item, Internal Job -> Internal Job Number, Customer -> Customer's Order Number, Vendor -> Internal Vendor or Vendor's Reference Order Number)
  • Added "center" as a location option for Folder products on the Job Product pages
  • Fixed bug that preventing inventory items from copying from Bill of Material to Job
  • Added Notes field to job and order pages to allow more descriptive information to be stored with jobs and orders.
  • Changed Prepress Instructions field to a text area to allow more data to be entered
  • Fixed multiple bugs on the Job Ticket including report errors when producing a folder product, hiding/showing molding information correctly, adding job site to job ticket report and cleaning up general layout issues
  • Added ability to search by order description and job number on the Order Search screen
  • Added ability to sort results on the Order Search screen
  • Added ability to add flaps to the ends of Folder products, allowing customers to define folders that have closing flap(s).

Shipping

  • Implemented Internal/Site to Site Shipment Ticket to provide paperwork to customers when shipping product internally.
  • Changed Carrier sort label text so as to more clearly indicate the use of the field in the default sort of the defined Carriers
