Admin Tenant Functions

Not all users have access to the Admin screens.

Administration of the Blue Kollar system can be managed from the Admin -> Tenant menu option.

NOTE: Move "Active" slider on/off for all below items if necessary. Some have more slider options than others.


Carriers:

  • Search by Description/Abbreviation or flip "Show Removed" slider to show removed carriers.
  • To create New, click in the top right hand corner next to Search and Clear.
  • All fields are required when creating a new Carrier.

Departments:

  • Search by Description or flip "Show Removed" slider to show removed departments.
  • To create New, click in the top right hand corner next to Search and Clear.
  • All fields are required when creating a new Department.

Divisions:

  • Search by Description or flip "Show Removed" slider to show removed divisions.
  • To create New, click in the top right hand corner next to Search and Clear.
  • All fields are required when creating a new Division.

Document Types:

  • Search by Description or flip "Show Removed" slider to show removed document types.
  • To create New, click in the top right hand corner next to Search and Clear.
  • Only a description is needed (and required) for a new document type set up.

Employees:

  • Search by Description or flip "Show Removed" slider to show removed employees.
  • To create New, click in the top right hand corner next to Search and Clear.
  • Employee First and Last Name are required to save successfully.

Facet Types:

  • This page is for adding document types to specified facet types.
  • Added document types will only show up on each Facet Types respective document pages.
  • You can NOT edit or add new Facet Types.

Label Printer:

  • Search by Name and Model or flip "Show Removed" slider to show removed label printers.
  • To create New, click in the top right hand corner next to Search and Clear.
  • Everything, but model, is required to save successfully.

Label Queue:

  • Search by Printer and Content or flip "Active" or "Printed" sliders to show that information.

Sites:

  • Search by Name or flip "Show Removed" slider to show removed sites.
  • To create New, click in the top right hand corner next to Search and Clear.
  • Everything highlighted in yellow is required before saving successfully.

Users:

  • Search by Name or flip "Show Removed" slider to show removed users.
  • To create New, click in the top right hand corner next to Search and Clear.
  • Everything highlighted in yellow is required before saving successfully.
  • The Security Groups that are chosen will determine what access the user has.

Tenants:
