Inventory

  • The Inventory Search page includes advanced search tools and the ability to enter new inventory records.
    • To Only Show Items With Quantity, Only Show Items For WIP, or Only Items Serialized, slide the bar(s) to the right before searching.
    • To show Items Below Reorder Point, Items Over Max Quantity, and Include Description, slide the bar(s) to the right before searching.

The action menu items in the search results allow users to do/view multiple things from this page:

  • Copy Item- this will copy the SKU, Type, Collection, UOM and Roll Width into a new item.
  • View On Hand- takes users to the On Hand page.
  • PO Transaction Report
  • WIP Inventory Report
  • Item Barcode Report
  • Box Label- allows users to select a printer that is already set up and how many copies.
  • Item Labels- allows users to select a printer that is already set up and how many copies.
  • Roll Tag- allows users to select a printer that is already set up and how many copies.

OR

  1. Users can click on the bold SKU to get to all inventory item details.
    1. All required fields are outlined in yellow. Use the slider at the bottom to indicate if the item is an active record or not. Click the Save button when finished.
  2. Users may click on the bold Qty to get to the On Hand page.

To Receive Inventory:

Open the On Hand page and click the Receive button in the top right corner

OR

Users may choose any of the action menu items on past transactions at any time to make changes:

  •          Set Primary Location
  •          Count
  •          Damage
  •          Discard
  •          Drop
  •          Pull
  •          Cut
  •          Receive
  •          Relocate

On the Packaged page, users can click Receive Package in the top right hand corner.

On the Allocated page, users can see what has been Allocated for the item with links to the order, job and job components page. Users can also check to see if there are POs for the job by clicking the highlighted icon below. It is located next to the Job Number. 

If there is not an icon next to the Job #, that means there are no PO's related to the job.

On the Planned page, it shows all Planned Inventory for the item.

To view ALL Transactions that have happened, open the Transactions page. You can view these by Location or Transaction Type.
