Blue Kollar Release 05-01-2020

This update will add many new functions to the Blue Kollar / IMS system so when you next log in to http://portal.bluekollar.com/, the look and feel of the system will be different. All previous functionality should remain the same. Updates in this release include:

Bill of Materials

The Bill of Materials function allows users to set up product types of Cards, Deck Boards, Print, Tray Boards and Tray Cards for use in creating Orders and Jobs. 

Product details, finishing instructions, components and pricing can be added at the Bill of Materials Product level. 

Orders

The Orders function allows users to create and search for orders for customers.

Order details including Products, Jobs and Shipments can be created for each order record. 

Jobs and Job Details are created off of top level Orders. 

 Shipments and Job Pricing are also created at the Job level. 

Accounting

The Accounting function allows users to create and manage Invoices for customers.

Reports

Several new reports have been added including Current Customer Orders, Customer Print Orders, Customer Shipments, Daily Customer Orders, Daily Pending Shipments, Equipment Scheduling and Unbilled Shipments.
